Hi,
This is Guneet Singh Hans and I am Supervisor in DOGA’s SECURITY.
I came to canada in 2022 and as soon as I got here I got my Security Licence and I started working as an event security but I always wanted to work on field, dealing with situations and gather as much as hands-on experience.
Then after 6 months I got an opportunity to work as a bouncer with Doga’s Security, Rahul the Owner of the took my interview himself and he told me “You have to brave enough to deal with any situation to maintain public safety if you want to work in my company” and I said I am.
For my first shift I was scheduled at craziest club in GTA “SUGAR DADDY’s”, no other companies was able to handle this club but Doga has been running it pretty smoothly, I was pretty amazed how he use to run his team. Gained a lot of experience from that club and it was time for a step up.
Rahul Sir Scheduled me at his other contract “Grand Bizzare”, very high-end club, parties and events that happens there are insane. I did my best and next thing I heard from Rahul sir is that I was promoted to a Supervisor position at Grand Bizzare in Doga’s. From that day I never stopped working hard because I understood that if I will work hard in this company, I will be recognized and promoted based on my hard work and work ethic
At last, only thing I want to say is that DOGA’s SECURITY is the only company I
was able to grow this fast and gather so much.
